Aon Hewitt Best Employer 2009/2010

At an announcement ceremony in Dubai, AI was identified as a company that leads the region in establishing a performance-based, employee-focused work environment.

The Aon Hewitt Best Employers study is the largest and most comprehensive employee-based study ever conducted in the Middle East, involving over 250 companies from twelve different industry classifications and representing input from 150,000 employees. The Best Employer winners were selected by an independent panel of judges that evaluated employer information on a ‘blind’ basis so that the judges were unaware of the identity of participating organizations.

As a Best Employer, Alghanim Industries is in very good company. The other organizations recognized by Hewitt Associates include Deloitte & Touche ME; Microsoft (Gulf FZ LLC., and Microsoft Egypt); Proctor & Gamble ME; Marriott International (UAE); First Gulf Bank (Abu Dhabi); Bank Muscat; Jones Lang LaSalle, MENA; Ritz Carlton (Dubai); and Fine Hygienic Paper Fze (Dubai).

Alghanim Industries' CEO Omar K. Alghanim commented on the award, stating, "We are honored to be recognized as a Best Employer in the region. Receiving this prestigious honor brings us one step closer to realizing our vision of becoming the most successful and admired company in the region."

Aon Hewitt recognizes 'Best Employers in the Middle East' every year.
